Key Responsibilities Assemble automobile parts, subassemblies, and systems (e.g., engine, chassis, body, electrical components) according to work instructions, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery for assembling and fitting parts. Inspect and test assembled components to ensure proper alignment, functionality, and quality compliance. Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or deviations from specifications. Perform basic troubleshooting and rework on defective assemblies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with 5S and safety standards. Follow lean manufacturing practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
