Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician located in Hyderabad. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing faucets and fixtures, ensuring all products meet quality and performance standards. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. The Technician will also be expected to keep detailed records of services performed and comply with all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of faucets and fixtures
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to quality standards
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant technical qualification or certification
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
