Role Description

This is a full-time Technician role located on-site in Punjab, India. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Biodry's moisture control systems. Day-to-day tasks include assessing building sites, installing technology without invasive methods, ensuring the system's functionality, and providing customer support for optimal system use.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems
• Ability to assess building sites and determine suitability for moisture control solutions
• Skills in providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical certification or equivalent experience in a related field is beneficial
• Prior experience in moisture control technology is a plus
• Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
