Technician - BESS

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of BESS equipment and related components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for BESS units.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues.
• Assist in battery module replacement, wiring, and inverter maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
• Support site engineers during integration of BESS with solar, or grid systems.
• Follow all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 01 years of experience in battery storage, solar, or electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology and inverter systems preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred

• Experience in renewable energy or utility-scale BESS projects.
• Certification in Electrical Safety or Renewable Energy Technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
