Job Title: HVAC Technician (Repair & Maintenance & assembly )Experience: 1–5 Years (as required) Qualification: Any Location: Pune Chakan Factory We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician (Repair & Maintenance & assembly) to handle installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, AHUs, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing preventive and breakdown maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain and assemble HVAC systems (Split AC, AHU, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Ductable units). Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. Conduct regular preventive maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration systems. Repair and service liquid-cooled chillers and refrigeration units. Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning of compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Handle emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly. Maintain daily service logs, job sheets, and maintenance records. Follow safety guidelines and ensure adherence to company standards. Coordinate with the maintenance team for smooth operations. Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables required for service operations. Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles. Experience in handling chillers, compressors, and cooling systems. Ability to read technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting guides. Good understanding of electrical/mechanical components. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of brazing, piping, and AC servicing is an added advantage. Preferred Background:Experience in Facility Management, Manufacturing, HVAC Service, or Maintenance roles. Exposure to liquid-cooled chillers or industrial cooling systems.
