About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, product guides, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base articles

Translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accuracy

Standardize content across platforms to maintain consistency in tone and style

Edit, proofread, and review technical documents to ensure clarity and quality

Stay updated with product changes, industry standards, and documentation best practices

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field

2–5 years of proven experience

Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail

Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, MS Office, or Google Docs

Familiarity with developer documentation and APIs (Markdown, GitHub, Swagger, etc.) is a plus

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
