Technical Writer Intern

As a Technical Writer Intern at Zenskar, you will be working closely with our technical writer to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. Your role is crucial in making life easier for our customers, engineers, and support teams. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in creating and editing various technical documentation such as how-to guides, API references, product manuals, and technical specifications. - Translating complex technical ideas into simple, easy-to-understand content. - Collaborating with the engineering team, founders, and designer to gather necessary information. - Organizing and maintaining documentation using content management systems and version control tools like git. - Reviewing and improving documentation for consistency and clarity. Qualifications Required: - Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity over jargon. - Proficiency in Markdown is a must. - Pre-final or final-year students are welcome. - Curiosity about APIs, SaaS products, and technology workings. - Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate. - Bonus points for experience with git or content management systems. - Bonus points for familiarity with doc platforms like readme.io. - Most importantly, eagerness to learn, adapt, and improve.
