Technical Writer

About The Role
We are looking for Technical Writer with at least 5+ years of content writing experience, preferably in an information technology driven service management environment The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of operational aspects, delivery requirements, tools and systems used, Requirements Proven working experience in technical writing of IT service documentation, Ability to deliver high quality documentation with great attention to detail, Basic familiarity with the ITIL, SDLC and software development methodologies, Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and services, as well as management practices and documentation requirements, Experience in writing documentation and manuals for various audiences will be a plus, Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects, Produce high-quality documentation that meets branding guidelines, applicable industry standards, which is appropriate for its intended audience, Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications, Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities, Research, outline, write and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements, Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize and write procedure manuals, technical specifications and process documentation, Collaborate with support leads to identify, revise, and centralize project documentation into an optimal data storage solution Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and other standards, Show
