Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for electricity metering products, smart metering systems, and AMI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documents, including product specs, user manuals, and installation guides
- Work with R&D, Product Management, and field teams to gather technical information
- Document meter features, communication protocols, and system workflows
- Create diagrams and illustrations for metering solutions
- Improve clarity and consistency of technical content
Required Skills:
- Excellent technical writing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex electrical engineering concepts
- Familiarity with electricity metering technologies and DLMS/COSEM protocols
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or equivalent
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
- 3-6 years of experience in technical writing for embedded systems or energy technology domains
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, Coreldraw, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹241,547.98 - ₹833,094.46 per year
