Job Description


  • Prepare user manuals, technical datasheets, and installation guides for embedded systems.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to understand features, configurations, and workflows.
  • Translate technical jargon into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Ensure documentation complies with defense and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, etc).
  • Maintain version control of all documents.
Professional Skills / Technical Knowledge:
  • Excellent command of written English and formatting.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, or computing preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Adobe tools, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD or ISO documentation structures is a plus.
