Job Summary

Technical Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain
user guides, API references, installation manuals, and technical process documents
.
Use
Cursor AI
and other AI-assisted writing tools to accelerate documentation creation and ensure consistency.
Collaborate with
engineering, QA, and product management teams
to gather technical inputs and verify content accuracy.
Maintain documentation repositories using
Git, Markdown
, and
Confluence
.
Edit, format, and proofread content to ensure clarity, tone, and technical correctness.
Enhance document structure and manage content lifecycle through version control and publishing workflows.
Continuously refine documentation standards and templates to support scalability and localization.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a
Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist
in a software or SaaS environment.
Proficiency with
Cursor AI
, Markdown, Git-based workflows, and collaborative documentation tools.
Strong command over
technical writing standards, structure, and readability
.
Ability to understand and translate technical topics into user-friendly content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
