Job Description

Skill - Technical Writer with experience in Networking domain is Mandatory.

Work Location Bangalore only

Hire Level - A/SA level

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have 7+ years of experience in technical writing and demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

Exceptional writing skills
and an in-depth understanding of technical writing principles.
Solid understanding of Generative AI principles
and their practical application in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical considerations for content creation.
Strong technical aptitude
to comprehend and simplify complex networking technologies, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new advancements.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will also possess these highly desirable skills and experiences:

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and AI-driven insights to proactively address content gaps.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation.
Proficiency in content structures, CMS, source management, and governance to implement effective content strategies.
Familiarity with structured authoring environments (e.g., DITA, XML).

Additional constraints

DONT consider Aeronautical engineering background
Experience in Networking domain needed
Exposure to GenAI is a plus

If candidates have experience with tech clients like Cisco, Google, Facebook, Palo Alto networks, etc., that will be great
