Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer (Mern/FSD) located in Dehradun. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and assessing the training needs of employees. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops, lectures, and hands-on sessions to enhance trainees' understanding of technical concepts. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and ensuring that the training curriculum aligns with current technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Trainer and in delivering Technical Training.
• Strong skills in Training & Development.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Proficiency in MERN stack and Full Stack Development concepts.
• B.Tech + M.tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Experience in educational technology and training management is a plus.
