Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver

  engaging training sessions

  (classroom & online) as per EduBridge’s curriculum.
• Train learners in:
  Aptitude Skills (Quant, Logical & Verbal Reasoning) Java Full Stack (Core Java, JSP/Servlets, Spring Boot, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Software Development Concepts (SDLC, OOPs, Version Control, Debugging)
• Conduct

  resume-building workshops, mock interviews & job portal guidance

  .
• Track learner

  performance, attendance & engagement

  .
• Ensure

  timely completion

  of training modules with

  80%+ positive feedback

  .
• Motivate learners & maintain

  dropouts below 20%

  .
• Collaborate with Placement Managers to help learners in job applications.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in

  Computer Science / Engineering

  (or related field).

• 2+ years’ experience

  in technical or aptitude training.
• Strong knowledge of

  Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Spring Boot

  .
• Excellent

  communication & mentoring

  skills.
• Comfortable in

  classroom & virtual training

  environments.
• Prior

  EdTech / skill development training

  experience preferred.
