Position Overview:

Technical Trainer (CSE/MCA)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Training & Delivery

• Conduct hands-on training sessions on modern programming languages and technologies such as:

  Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML/CSS, SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Full Stack Development.

• Deliver workshops and bootcamps on

  DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms), Competitive Programming, System Design, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Train students for

  technical interviews, coding challenges, and hackathons

  using platforms like

  LeetCode, HackerRank, and CodeChef.

1. Curriculum & Content Development

• Design and update

  industry-driven training modules, lab manuals, and project-based learning materials

  aligned with current IT trends.
• Integrate

  real-world case studies, live projects, and agile methodologies

  into technical sessions.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align training content with

  NEP 2020 and AICTE skill frameworks.

1. Student Mentorship & Project Guidance

• Mentor students on

  capstone projects, internships, and innovation-driven research

  in emerging technologies.
• Guide student teams in developing prototypes, applications, and AI/ML models for competitions and industry expos.
• Provide continuous feedback and performance tracking through structured assessments.

1. Industry Collaboration & Certification

• Collaborate with

  corporate partners, tech startups, and EdTech companies

  to organize certification programs, guest lectures, and technical webinars.
• Facilitate student participation in

  industry-recognized certification courses

  (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Associate, Oracle Java, Cisco CCNA, etc.).

1. Evaluation & Reporting

• Conduct periodic

  technical evaluations, coding assessments, and mock interviews

  to measure learning outcomes.
• Maintain detailed reports on student performance, training progress, and placement readiness metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  B.Tech M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA.

• Experience:

  26 years of relevant experience in technical training, software development, or academic instruction.
• Hands-on experience in

  software development, web/app development, AI/ML, or data analytics

  preferred.

• Industry-recognized certifications

  (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Oracle, Python, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and full-stack development tools.
• Strong understanding of

  OOPs, Database Management, APIs, and Cloud Architecture.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learning groups.
• Familiarity with

  version control (Git/GitHub)

  and

  CI/CD workflows

  .
• Enthusiasm for emerging tech domains like

  Generative AI, Blockchain, IoT, and Data Engineering.
