Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on

  Java, OOPS concepts, C, and C++

  for students or freshers.
• Explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Provide practical coding demos and guide learners through hands-on exercises.
  
• Evaluate learner performance through tests, coding tasks, and projects.
  
• Offer doubt-clearing sessions and individual learner support.
  
• Track training progress, attendance, and maintain documentation.
  
• Stay updated with latest programming trends and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1+ years

  of experience as a trainer or software developer.
• Strong knowledge of

  Core Java

  ,

  OOPS concepts

  ,

  C

  , and

  C++

  .
• Good understanding of data types, control structures, functions, classes, inheritance, polymorphism, and other fundamentals.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to break down complex topics into simple explanations.
  
• Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and helping others learn.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in training freshers or students.
  
• Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  
• Understanding of HTML, SQL, or Python (optional).
  
• Experience with online training tools or LMS platforms.
