Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, developing training materials, and providing support to trainees. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback to improve technical skills. The trainer will collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and ensure training programs are effective and up-to-date. Qualifications Experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training roles Skills in Training & Development and delivering Training programs Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to create engaging training materials and methodologies Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Familiarity with training tools and software Experience in the technology industry is a plus Show more Show less
