Technical Tender Executive - Medical devices

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Biomedical Engineer (Tender & GEM) with knowledge of medical devices and services, including hands-on experience in tender documentation and the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) process. The role involves preparing technical specification for tenders, coordination with other team members to bid products as per technical specification, coordination with field Service Engineer for demonstration & installation, providing support to field Engineer on application issue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Prepare and manage tender documentation for medical devices and services.

· Draft and finalize technical specifications, compliance sheets, and supporting documents for tenders.

· Coordinate with sales, service, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate bid submissions.

· Support Field Service Engineers in product demonstrations, installations, and commissioning.

· Provide application and technical support to field engineers and customers as required.

· Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with government procurement norms.

· Maintain proper records of tenders, bids, and GeM orders for future reference and audits.

Skills & Requirements:

· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

· Strong knowledge of medical devices and healthcare services.

· Hands-on experience in tender preparation and GeM portal processes.

· Ability to prepare technical documents and compliance statements.

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Basic understanding of installation, demonstration, and application support.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
