Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, or chat for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Assist with software installation, setup, configuration, and updates.
  • Maintain documentation of common technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support for technical problems, including connectivity issues and system errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, etc.) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and preventive measures to avoid future issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues until resolution.
  • Conduct regular testing, diagnostics, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
