Technical Support & Training Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Job Location: Pirangut, Pune, Maharashtra

Role & Responsibility:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support and Training Specialist. The position is split into two main verticals : 1. Internal and external technical training related to our compressors usage, maintenance and monitoring;

2. Daily technical support to our service engineer and customers.

Main responsibilities as under:

• • Trainer o Develop and maintain training material updated ( create material for new products, refresh existing one, adapt to particular customer needs,)
• o Provide internal training to upscale skills and competencies of our aftersales (new) team members
• o Provide external training to customers all over India
• • Technical support o Provide technical support to our customers on regular and hotline basis.
• o Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site support
• o Prepare commissioning information to ensure smooth compressor start-up
• o Analyse compressors parameters proactively to solve the issue before any breakdown
• o Manage warranty and breakdown cases (RCA, definition of BOM required for repair,)
• o Ensure internal systems are always updated with latest machine information

Desired Candidate:

• • Educational background in engineering
• • Minimum 10 years industrial experience, within Minimum

  3 years

  training experience, any trainer certification is an asset
• • Proficiency in presentation and facilitation skills as well in training material preparation
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills
• • Experience in customer support position; ability to define RCA from a remote location
• • Mastering MS Office (power point, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP system usage
• • Willing to travel over India
• • Fluent in English and Hindi
