Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Gandhinagar. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance and resolving technical issues for clients, ensuring smooth operation and user experience. The day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, analyzing and resolving software-related issues, providing customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient problem resolution and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Strong English skills are required
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent service and positive client relations.
• Analytical Skills to identify the root cause of problems and provide effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience in technical or customer support roles is a plus.
