Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Customer Support Executive in an international voice process, your role will involve handling inbound technical queries from customers around the globe. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware/software issues and providing accurate resolutions promptly. It is crucial to document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound technical queries from international customers - Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide accurate resolutions - Document customer interactions in the system with precision - Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely support Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum education required: 12th Pass (HSC) - Excellent English verbal communication skills are mandatory - Prior experience in a technical international voice process is mandatory - Strong technical troubleshooting ability in hardware/software - Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts The compensation offered for this position is up to 5.3 LPA, based on your current/last drawn CTC and experience.
