Job Description

NTT Data is Hiring for Technical Support Role at Gurgaon location. Location - Sector-48 Gurugram ExpReq - In Technical Support (Server Queries) Key Responsibilities: Experience in help desk/call support etiquettes. Be aware of customer SLAs and escalate issues if cases are taking too long to resolve. Experience (2+ years) with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem ticket resolving. Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, File Server Disk Space Monitoring. Basic knowledge/experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, tracert, LAN). Basic knowledge of Virtualization likewise VMWARE/Citrix. Contribute to technical knowledge base. Preferred if having AWS/AZURE certification. Work Timings: Flexible to operate in 24/7 Job Type : FTE Work Location: Gurugram, Haryana
