Job Description: Were looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and/or phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience using CRM or ticketing tools. Your role will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone. Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions. Use CRM/ticketing tools to manage and resolve support cases. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or follow up on customer concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar). Ability to work independently and stay organized. Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
