Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support: - Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP solution. 2. Customer Demos: - Conduct product demos for customers and prospects. - Showcase ERP solution features and benefits. 3. Sales Training: - Train sales representatives on ERP solution features and functionality. - Ensure sales teams are equipped to effectively sell the solution. 4. Knowledge Management: - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. - Utilize Google search to find solutions and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
