Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist in Email Security, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support through call, email, and remote sessions. Your goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and effective support. You must have a strong knowledge of email systems, DNS, and mail client configuration. Additionally, you will be managing Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA, Symantec Message Gateway to provide Email Threat Prevention. Your role will involve preventing unwanted emails using Adaptive Reputation, implementing Anti-Spam Policies for spam prevention, and AntiMalware Policies for malware prevention. It is essential to track and rectify any information security deficiencies identified through audits, reviews, and security control assessments. Continuous monitoring of IT systems for vulnerabilities and compliance scanning is also part of your responsibilities. You will be required to closely monitor the infrastructure and compile information from various sources for analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via call, email, and remote sessions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction - Manage Cisco Ironport / Cisco ESA, Symantec Message Gateway for Email Threat Prevention - Prevent unwanted emails with Adaptive Reputation, spam with Anti-Spam Policies, and malware with AntiMalware Policies - Track and correct information security deficiencies identified through audits and reviews - Monitor infrastructure closely and compile information from various sources for analysis - Proactively engage in self-training and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning - Provide high availability support as and when required Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of Any Graduate/Post Graduate - 2-6 years of experience in information security, with prior experience in cloud infrastructure, endpoint security, and vulnerability - Certification in any Email Security related solution would be considered a plus - Good verbal and written communication skills Note: If you have any queries, kindly contact us at +91 8976772985.,
