Technical Support Specialist

Location - D Y Patil University, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support for all examination-related software and digital platforms.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot examination databases and online portals to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the examination department to guarantee the smooth technical operation of all systems during the examination cycle.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with database management.
• Prior experience in an IT support role within an academic or examination environment is highly desirable.
• Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology; OR
• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an IT support or database management role.
