Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Product Support team member, you will have the opportunity to solve complex problems for our customers by exhibiting a passion for troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues. This role is ideal for a curious individual who is eager to learn about the digital advertising industry, provide exceptional customer service, understand and solve technical problems, and optimize workflows and processes. Your responsibilities will include delivering post-implementation technical product support to our most strategic partners and customers. You will be expected to deeply understand the Xandr product, external integrations, open source advertising technologies, and how our clients utilize this technology to achieve their objectives. Additionally, you will manage customer support cases on a daily basis, which involves verifying product issues, analyzing data, diagnosing problems, resolving issues, and communicating the solutions to clients. As part of your role, you will troubleshoot product issues and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to building our Customer Success capabilities by developing best practices, creating customer-facing assets, and providing internal training and development resources. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A passion for learning new technologies and the ability to proactively achieve goals while working effectively as part of a team are essential. Fluency in English is a requirement, and experience with web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs) and/or query languages (such as SQL) is preferred. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization, including commercial, engineering, and product teams. Effective communication with stakeholders of diverse technical backgrounds is crucial due to the wide range of teams you will interact with.,
