Job Summary: We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer with VoIP and ISP experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with US clients and basic networking knowledge to troubleshoot VoIP issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide VoIP support via phone/email. Troubleshoot call quality, connectivity, and configuration issues. Assist with setup and maintenance of VoIP systems. Monitor system performance and uptime. Document support tickets accurately. Requirements: Good to have Experience in VoIP support and ISP environment. Basic networking skills (Switching, Routing,TCP/IP, SIP, RTP). Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities. Fluent English communication is a must. Preferred: CCNA, Network+, VoIP hardware/software experience. Immediate joiners preferred.
