Work Mode: Remote Role & Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Maintain records of customer interactions and issues. Collaborate with other teams to solve complex problems. Assist customers with product setup and usage. Preferred Candidate Profile : Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
