As a Technical Support Fresher, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with technical issues, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.
* Provide technical assistance and support for software-related queries.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt support.
* Any degree (Freshers welcome).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
