Technical Support Executive (Voice/Non Voice)

As a Technical Support Executive at TELUS Digital, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service by working with customers on call or chat to identify service-related needs and offer appropriate solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. - Walking customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality. - Providing solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems. - Interfacing with customers over the phone, providing status updates and ensuring service restoration. - Scheduling a technician dispatch for on-site service calls when necessary. - Escalating technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in internet troubleshooting in the BPO industry. - Ability to multitask in a Microsoft Windows environment and utilize multiple programs for troubleshooting. - Experience in handling ISP, internet & Wi-Fi related, router & modem connectivity issues. - Educational qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate can apply. - Freshers with graduation are eligible to apply for the voice role. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment.
