Technical Support Executive (Voice)

You will be joining TELUS Digital as a Technical Support Executive (Voice), where you will interact with customers via call or chat to understand their service-related needs and provide suitable solutions with exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving network and modem issues, guiding customers on phone hardware and software configurations, offering repair solutions, updating customers on service status, and coordinating on-site service calls if required. Additionally, you will escalate technical issues to higher-level support as necessary. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in internet troubleshooting within the BPO industry. You must possess the ability to multitask in a Microsoft Windows environment, work on ISP, internet, Wi-Fi, router, and modem connectivity issues, and hold a graduate or post-graduate degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the voice role, specifically those graduating in 2025. Proficiency in English communication is essential, and you should be comfortable working in a 24*7 environment at the Sector 135 office in Noida. In return for your contributions, you can expect a salary ranging from 3.2 LPA to 3.75 LPA, along with benefits such as both side cab facilities within a 35 km radius of the office, medical insurance, and life insurance coverage.
