Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Support Executive to assist customers with technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via calls, chat, or email. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience required. Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely technical assistance.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical support or customer support.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
