Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of firewall systems and technical troubleshooting. You will be responsible for solving IT-related issues, taking remote sessions, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by clients.
· Take remote sessions to diagnose and fix problems.
· Add users and manage user access.
· Add and manage firewall policies.
· Work within the given TAT (Turnaround Time) to resolve issues.
· Confirm resolution with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
· Keep records of issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
· Good knowledge of firewalls, network troubleshooting, and user management, Ms office migration, Data Backup, AD etc
· Experience in working with ticketing systems.
· Ability to handle remote support tools confidently.
· Good communication skills.
· Female candidates only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
