Technical Support Executive

In this position, your key responsibilities will include handling all maintenance tasks related to the Dialer, Voice Logger, and other Aria Products. Additionally, you will be expected to follow up with customers through scheduled call backs to address any outstanding concerns and provide further assistance as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve their queries. A solid understanding of databases and Linux systems is also essential to succeed in this position.
