About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist our clients and site visitors with application and software-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle queries from clients and site visitors via calls, emails, or chat
✔ Provide first-level troubleshooting for software and application issues✔ Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the technical/engineering team✔ Document queries, resolutions, and support processes for knowledge sharing✔ Guide clients through product features, configurations, and best practices✔ Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
Good to Have
✨ Familiarity with support/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Zoho Desk)
✨ Understanding of web technologies, databases, or cloud platforms✨ Previous client-facing support experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
