Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support website maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should be eager to troubleshoot front-end issues, update website content, and ensure smooth website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update website content using HTML/CSS
• Troubleshoot and fix layout or display issues
• Support website performance and uptime monitoring
• Coordinate with developers/designers for technical changes

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in web or technical support
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
• Basic knowledge of responsive design
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education Qualification:

MCA / (BE / B.Tech with specialization in computers/ Electronics & Communication) or equivalent OR M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT
