Technical Support Engineer

As a Tech Services Specialist at Sciative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of all tech services related to our AI-powered SaaS products. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up client data and API feeds in our SaaS products - Resolving any integration issues through data reconciliation activities - Ensuring proper backup and archiving of essential data - Creating user roles and managing access controls for our SaaS products - Overseeing master data integrity and market intelligence data capture process - Monitoring system logs and maintaining the health of cloud and local machines - Managing access control on local VPNs and tracking laptop browsing logs for security compliance - Conducting health checks on local tech infrastructure and managing inventory - Creating technical jobs to support business operations and product development activities You will utilize internal tools to accomplish client data delivery tasks effectively.
