Technical Support Engineer Platform Technologies (IC2)

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, database, and integration-related issues on ServiceNow.
  
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure permanent fixes.
  
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to drive customer satisfaction.
  
• Create knowledge base articles and contribute to support process improvements.
  
• Participate in weekend/on-call rotations within a 24x7 global support setup.

Relational Databases (MySQL / Oracle)

Good-to-Have Skills

ServiceNow platform

What Will Make You Stand Out

Logical problem-solving + calm under pressure
Strong scripting or debugging examples in past experience Clear communication and customer empathy Demonstrated curiosity for platform technologies

Educational Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT

OR

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support or software debugging environments
