Role - Technical Support Engineer

Years of Experience - 1-4 Years

Location - Alwarpet, Chennai

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016,2019, 2022) and various Linux distributions(e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Administer Active Directory including user/group management, Group Policies, and domain services
Perform patch management and apply security updates to operating systems and production environments
Utilize monitoring tools such as Grafana, SolarWinds and Site24x7 for CPU usage, memory, disk space, and network latency
Support and maintain databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
Manage DNS, DDNS, email servers, SSL certificates, and domain configurations
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure
Engage with vendors and service providers to coordinate hardware support, warranty claims, and parts replacements
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Have knowledge of Veritas Cluster and Windows clustering technologies
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
