Support the setup and management of DHCP and DNS servers for large-scale networks. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking issues , from connectivity problems to server-related concerns. Manage and monitor Wi-Fi network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios . Assist with cloud-based management of network infrastructure (e.g., Peplink InControl , Ruckus Cloud Wi-Fi ). Ensure network security by configuring VPNs, VLANs , and secure Wi-Fi access protocols. Perform firmware and software updates for networking equipment and apply security patches as needed. Use ticketing tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow to log and track incidents, service requests, and escalations. Desired Profile of the Candidate: Qualifications & Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in network support or administration , particularly with Cisco, Peplink, and Ruckus equipment. Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, and AAA services . Familiarity with cloud management platforms and Wi-Fi controllers . Knowledge of Windows and Linux server management . Strong troubleshooting skills for network performance and Wi-Fi connectivity issues . Understanding of Wi-Fi security and optimization (WPA3, 802.1X authentication). Experience with ticketing tools such as Zoho, ServiceNow, or Jira for issue tracking and escalation.
