Job Description

What you do As a member of our team, you will: As a member of our team, you will: Triage and resolve production incidents, delivering clear, timely updates to customers. Define, measure, and continuously improve SLIs/SLOs for critical services to boost reliability and performance. Run existing automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to carry out routine operational tasks and minimize toil. Create and maintain runbooks, dashboards, and post-mortem documentation. Keep an ever-watchful eye on our systems capacity and performance. Provide primary on-call coverage from 8 p.m. - 4 a.m. IST What youll need Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineer supporting high-availability SaaS environments. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in concise, customer-friendly language both written and verbal. Hands-on expertise with AWS. Strong observability skills with monitoring and logging tools Knowledge of SQL Good to have: Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications built in Java (backend), React.js (frontend). Prior direct interaction with enterprise customers. Scripting or coding skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling.
