Technical Support Engineer Intern AVS (Autonomous Valve CFD)

As a Technical Support Engineer at CCTech, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the sales team, engineering team, and clients to ensure a clear understanding of the value and capabilities of AVC, our AI-powered, cloud-based CFD platform designed for valve manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage post-demo follow-ups and provide basic technical troubleshooting support in coordination with the CFD team. - Conduct benchmarking studies and assist in client simulation case setups using AVC. - Guide users through the workflow, features, and performance insights of the application during customer onboarding and training. - Update CRM entries, maintain internal documentation, and records of client interactions. - Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to identify client needs and suggest appropriate technical solutions using AVC. - Participate in trade shows, webinars, and virtual product demos as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field. - Familiarity with CFD principles and tools like OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, or similar software. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong documentation skills and the capacity to manage multiple support cases simultaneously. Good to Have: - Experience in valve design and knowledge of standards such as API 6D, API 598, ASME B16.34, ASME B31.3, ISO 5208, etc. - Previous experience in technical pre-sales, application engineering, or customer support roles.
