Technical Support Engineer

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and troubleshooting our products to address customers" technical issues effectively. Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless communication and resolution of challenges. Your expertise in navigating complex networking environments will be invaluable in this role. Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage, analyze, and resolve electronic issues/tickets. - Replicate customer environments and conduct tests. - Facilitate communication between after-sales, customers, and development teams to effectively address customer concerns. - Troubleshoot and configure SCADA software and hardware. - Perform on-site/off-site server configurations and commission SCADA systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (BE/BTECH) in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering. - 2+ years of technical support experience. - 2-4 years of industrial experience in SCADA & PLC. - Proficiency in server configurations and deployment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016). - Thorough understanding of SCADA/PLC & Modbus protocol. - Customer service-oriented mindset. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with troubleshooting abilities. - Experience in IT administration is a plus.
