We have opening for freshers Tech support/Service desk for Gurgaon.

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 technical support via voice, email, chat, and remote tools
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve incidents efficiently
Document interactions and resolutions using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements
Mentor junior staff and support knowledge sharing

Skills Required:

Service Desk Management & Incident Handling
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Office, Active Directory
Familiarity with SLAs and ticket lifecycle
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes
