Job Description: Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer/partners hardware and software problems of ID Card Printer.   Arranging services (online/offline/field) for clients to resolve ID Card Printer technical issues.   Responsible for supporting sales team in showing product demos, training, managing after sales support.   Provide after sales technical support to customers/partners through telephone, remotely and if required by visiting them.
