We are a growing IT services provider offering desktop and network support to clients across Gujarat. We are expanding our operations in Bhuj and seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and essential applications (MS Office 365, Acrobat Reader, etc.)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
• Manage antivirus software and ensure system security
• Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical problems

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in desktop or technical support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and system troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
