Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with technical requirements. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in welding or fabrication from a recognized institution is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in welding, and fabrication. Proficiency in working with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Skills : Strong knowledge of welding techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Good understanding of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Attributes Prior experience in industrial or heavy fabrication projects.
