• Participate in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 support availability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with mobile device management and related technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
